Sion's Book Review

The Cat in the Hat
By Dr Seuss
Collins, 61 pages

How easy was it to get stuck into this book?
It was easy to get stuck into this book because of its rhymes, funny characters and adventures. All of Dr Seuss' books have rhymes and that is why I enjoy them.

Who are the main characters?
The main characters are The cat in the Hat, Sally, the storyteller (I/a boy) and Fish.

What's the storyline?
Sally and the boy were bored inside because it is raining outside and they have nothing to do but then there was a big bang and all the magic appears...

How is it written?
It is written in a rhyming way that always catches me in any of his books.

Other books by the same author:
The Lorax,
Green Eggs and Ham,
Fox in Socks,
Oh the Places You'll Go,
ABC,

The Sneetches
Hop on Pop and
If I Ran the Zoo.

The overall verdict:
I love the rhyming!
4/5
