Do you have a SURVIVAL KIT?

    I think there could be so many follow up questions to this poll - the most interesting I would think would be 'why'! Since they are so important, why don't people have them.

    Good question! I have bits and pieces all over the place, not put together as a whole kit. And then I have lots of things missing. I've thought about storing water, but I don't know how to keep it fresh, and I wouldn't remember to keep updating the kit to keep food etc within its use-by date. All excuses, not reasons, I know! I actually bought a book about what should be in a survival kit, and important information to help survive a major emergency, but I haven't acted on it. It's all in the future, it won't happen today or tomorrow...... it's a worry!

    I think I should have one, but have never gotten round to it. They are quite expensive to set up, I guess I could buy one or two items for it per week. hmmm you've got me thinking!
